Return Policy

Please note, this Return Policy is for orders from our website only. If you have purchased one or more of our products from a retail store, please refer to their Return Policy and return the product to the retail store you purchased the product from.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, send us an email to with your contact information and product(s) you wish to return, and their lot numbers. 

If you are unhappy with the performance of one of our products, and wish to receive a refund, please email us at with a description of your complaint, the name of the product, and the lot number. We will contact you directly to discuss the issue. If you purchased this product from a retail store, please return the product that retail store and they will issue the refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Please do not mail us a return without first getting an authorization number from us.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may not be included in your refund. This will be communicated to you by us prior to you returning the item.

If you are shipping products over $40 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
